This visit to Hawaii was special. We were invited by our friend Mark Sohaney who is the Commander of Pearl Harbor. The reason for being invited was because he was retiring from the Navy after 37 years.

As you can see we love this resort. It’s right next door to the Four Seasons (The white building) but Disney Aulani has the best spot in Ko ‘Olina.
Hilton Hotel – Big Island, Hawaii

Today we flew from Oahu to the Big Island a.k.a Hawaii Island which is a short flight. We rented a car as soon as we got there and started our long drive to the King’s Land Hilton Hotel.

This trip to Hawaii was pretty cool because our friends Ozzie and Erica were joining us. We visited our favorite spots which included Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck and we also visited Pearl Harbor.
We took a sunset cruise and of course, went to a Luau.
