We’ve always driven by Dinosaur World along the highway and today we finally stopped and decided to check it out. It is definitely a great place for kids and for anybody who loves Dinosaurs. They look very realistic!

September 3, 2018 – September 6, 2018
Our first stop on the tourist list of Charleston was the Historic Middleton Place which has become one of South Carolina’s most enduring icons. It was pretty impressive. I would definitely recommend a visit there.
The next thing we decided to check out while in town was the Charleston Tea Plantation. On the way, we decided to check out the Angel Oak Tree which was truly impressive. The tea plantation was interesting I never knew so much went into making tea.
The last stop was Patriots Point we got to see the inside of a destroyer and a submarine.

January 23rd – 27th, 2018
Today we drove from Utah to Wyoming. We love skiing in Jackson Hole the only thing that we don’t like is how dodgy the weather is. In January the temperature can drop to the single digits other than that we enjoy the town and the mountain.
Other than the drive is beautiful!
If you scroll down below I have posted videos of Dog Sled Racing. It was the first time John and I both got a chance to see it.

Today we drove from Alta, Utah to Ogden, Utah. The town is really cute, and we were lucky enough to find a Ruroc helmet store, and we purchased the coolest helmets. We skied at Snowbasin one day, and I loved it!!

New York – 2017
This year our trip to NY started in Manhattan for five days and then we drove to Montauk (my favorite place ever) for a few days, and we love acting like tourists now that we don’t live in NY anymore. It’s fantastic that we are exploring more of NY now that we don’t live there.
If you would like to see where and what we are while in NY.

We took a horse and carriage ride through Central Park – A must if you are visiting Manhattan.

Tree inside the Cartier Store

Inside St. Patrick’s Cathedral

We rented a rowboat in Central Park which was fun.

Pretty Christmas Tree at the New York Palace Hotel

Pretty wreath in BLT Steakhouse
The food was OK I wouldn’t recommend it. My favorite steakhouse is The Old Homestead 🙂

Montauk – We rented a cottage at Gurney’s Resort

Deep Hollow Ranch – Oldest Cattle Ranch in the USA

The best drink stirrers EVER!!!

The coolest tree-lined home in East Hampton on Further Lane

Whenever we are in Montauk we always eat at Zum Schneider

We order the Pork Shank – It is delicious!!

We also always stop at John’s Drive-In and get soft ice cream, of course, I had to have chocolate one day and vanilla the next. I am an ice cream JUNKIE!!!!

Leaving Montauk and driving back to the city we always stop at another favorite spot it’s in Poxabogue. Make sure you order the BLT it is the best we have ever had!
